Welcome to "The Light House Education Center." TLH was born out of the desire to combine the benefits of homeschooling with collective learning and serving with other Christian families. TLH has become a beacon in Northwest Houston and beyond supporting homeschooling families both academically and spiritually since 1999.

The Light House is a unique choice in education, providing parents with the support necessary to educate their children at home while still maintaining control over their child's learning experiences.

Over the past 7 years, TLH has provided a loving environment where a child's enduring relationship with God is deepened, his relationship with family is strengthened and his hunger for learning is nurtured.

The future is bright for The Light House! The families of TLH are moving forward with a building program for what could be the nation’s first complete campus just for homeschooled students! The new Light House campus will open doors to further serve our families and our community with more classes and events, such as Family Fun Fridays, father and son fishing tournaments, gardening and an athletic program. Look for exciting news about the new Light House campus in the coming months as we discover the fullness of God’s abundant plan for our new home.
