The SON Shine Club (SSC) is The Light House Education Center’s early enrichment program. Founded in 2001, SSC utilizes a proven Christian curriculum taught by loving Christian teachers. SSC is open to students of all Christian religious backgrounds, and every year we are blessed with new children and families to love. Through play, activities and Biblical instruction, SSC teachers are committed to teaching even the youngest child that Jesus loves them while encouraging continual exploration of the world God created. Conveniently located within The Light House Education Center, SSC is open to all children ages 12 months to 5 years old.

These signs include such symptoms as a cough, cold, upset stomach, diarrhea, rash, fever, sore throat, ear ache, etc. If your child often has a runny nose due to allergies or non-infectious sinus drainage, obtain a doctor's statement stating this. Otherwise, your child will be diagnosed as ill and will not be allowed to stay.
The SSC staff will not administer medication (prescription or non-prescription) without a written doctor's statement. The medication must be in the original bottle with detailed directions for administration.
If your child has allergies, mention them to his/her teacher, as well as including them on the enrollment form.
